Refund Policy

Books & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable content, refunds may not be possible after access has been provided.

Physical Merchandise

Refunds or replacements may be considered in cases of:

• Damaged product received

• Wrong product delivered

• Manufacturing defects

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation or refund may not be possible.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable processing time.
